You can use bubble mask sometimes once or twice a week. One mud mask tube abouttwo week.

You also need have cautions when using Bubble clay mask:

1.Do not use on broken skin, open wounds, eczema etc.

2.For external use only, if swallowed, get medical help. 

3.Stop using this product and ask a doctor if irritation occurs.

4.Keep out of the reach of Children.
